Home Farm is a delightful and charming period farmhouse, situated in the idyllic village of Ayston, one mile away from the market town of Uppingham, Rutland. The farmhouse hosts a traditional, comfortable and quality bed and breakfast in the heart of Rutland.

Home Farm is still a working farm, which has been farmed by the family since 1913. The farm currently produces quality beef cattle and a variety of arable crops on its 650 acres of surrounding land.

Breakfast each day is served in the elegant dining room which has a view of the village.

Guests can choose either the Full Farmhouse English Breakfast, freshly cooked using local produce, or the Extensive Continental Style Breakfast to include fresh seasonal fruits, yoghurt, assorted freshly baked croissants & preserves.

For those who wish to enjoy a day in the beautiful Rutland countryside, packed lunches are also available on request.

Home Farm is a non-smoking bed and breakfast. Those guests wishing to smoke are requested to do so outside.

Regrettably we cannot accommodate pets in the farmhouse, although an outside dog kennel is available on request .

Unfortunately, Home Farm Bed & Breakfast is not yet equipped with credit card processing facilities, so all payments must be made by cash or cheque.
